End User License Agreement (EULA)

License grant

Subject to this agreement, GRAURE ELENA CARMEN grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Muse AI on devices associated with your Microsoft account for lawful personal or business purposes.

Restrictions

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass security or usage controls, interfere with the service, or use the application to violate law or third-party rights, except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

AI features and content

You are responsible for prompts and other content you submit and for reviewing generated output before relying on it. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Updates and online services

The application may receive updates that add, modify, or remove features. Online AI, search, storage, synchronization, and subscription features may require internet access, third-party services, and an eligible account or plan.

Ownership

The application, its original code, design, and branding remain the property of the publisher and its licensors. You retain rights to content you provide, subject to the permissions needed to process your requests.

Termination

This license ends if you materially violate this agreement. When it ends, you must stop using and uninstall the application. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Warranty and liability

The application is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses where such limitations are lawful.
