Quick start
Open Muse AI, continue as a guest, choose a workspace mode, and enter a request. Guest projects and chats stay in this browser unless cloud synchronization is explicitly enabled.
Common questions
The app does not install
Use a current version of Windows and Microsoft Edge. Open the browser installation menu or install the certified package from Microsoft Store when available.
A response is unavailable
Check your internet connection and retry. Live AI, web research, and image generation depend on their configured online services. Guest demo workflows remain available locally.
Microphone access
Voice dictation requires browser or Windows microphone permission. Muse AI does not activate the microphone unless you select the voice button.
Delete data
Open Settings → Delete account to remove local application data. You can also clear this site's storage in your browser. When an online account exists, the same in-app control requests deletion of server-side account data.
Purchases
Purchases and renewals are processed by Microsoft Store. Use Restore purchases after signing in with the same Store account used for the transaction.
